Meet Your Life Coach
I am Stewart, an autistic practitioner. I openly share my neurodiverse experience. My work blends lived understanding with professional training.

My journey
My early life was challenging. I experienced addiction and heroin use. I was arrested in China and served time in prison. I take full responsibility for this period. It became a turning point in my life.
After my release, I returned to Scotland. I studied counselling, life coaching, and autism. This began a new path of purpose and service.
Global experience
I spent eight years in India. I worked with charities and centres across India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. During this time, I developed simple support systems for families.
I also wrote three books for parents in India. These are now combined into one accessible ebook.

Qualifications and training
I hold a diploma in counselling. I completed postgraduate autism studies. I trained in life coaching and clinical hypnotherapy. My work is grounded in both knowledge and lived experience.
Stewartโs healing journey
I have faced significant health challenges. These include stage 3 bowel cancer, thyroid cancer, and a heart attack. I have also experienced the loss of my daughter.
Through these experiences, I made deep lifestyle changes. I lost 40kg and rebuilt my health. This journey continues to shape my work and perspective.

Coaching approach
My approach is calm, simple, and grounded. I focus on real change without pressure. Everything centres on holistic wellbeing and steady progress.
