Yoga Nidra For Neurodiverse Support

Yoga nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practice. I offer this as a gentle way to support deep rest, awareness, and holistic wellbeing.

What is yoga nidra

Yoga nidra is a state between waking and sleeping. You remain aware while deeply relaxed. Rooted in eastern philosophy, it allows the body and mind to restore naturally.

Researched and recognised

Yoga nidra has been studied by major universities. Research shows benefits for stress reduction, nervous system balance, and mental clarity.

Simple and accessible

Sessions are done lying down. No movement is required. This makes yoga nidra accessible for all energy levels and needs.

My experience

I have delivered yoga nidra for autistic and ADHD individuals. My approach adapts the practice to suit neurodiverse experiences gently and safely.

Session structure

I offer an introductory session to begin. You can then progress through levels one to five. Sessions are available in groups via Zoom or one to one. In-person groups will be offered in the future.
